Terms for stopping the service

Before Work Starts

  • You may request a cancellation before the service has begun.
  • Eligible for a full or partial refund (after deducting payment processing fees).

After Work Starts

Once the service has been initiated, cancellation requests may not be accepted as resources have already been committed.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Service has not been started
  • There is a significant delay from our side
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Delay caused due to lack of response
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences
  • Once initial draft/final delivery shared

Revision Policy (Instead of Refunds)

We believe in improving rather than rejecting. Our goal is your complete professional success.

Goal Oriented

Clients are encouraged to request revisions to match their vision.

Plan Specific

Revisions will be provided based on the selected service plan.

Feedback

Feedback must be shared clearly and within a reasonable timeframe.

Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days
  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Payment gateway charges may be deducted

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is discouraged.

We are happy to resolve concerns directly via support. Fraudulent disputes may result in service suspension.
